第一百二十六条 旅客人身伤亡损害赔偿请求可以直接向责任保险人或者财务保证人提出。承运人或者实际承运人丧失本章规定的限制赔偿责任权利的，不影响其责任保险人或者财务保证人援用本章规定限制赔偿责任。
