第二十九条 对涉及重大问题或者行政执法机关未按照行政执法监督督办函要求履职、未按照行政执法监督意见书要求纠正的，由行政执法监督机构提出处理建议，报本级人民政府决定；本级人民政府决定纠正的，制发行政执法监督决定书予以纠正。
